This policy covers the public site, blog comments, and contact forms. The CMS admin area is for site operators only and uses separate sign-in.

What we collect

  • Resend — delivery of contact-form emails to hello@simpleweb.pl.
  • Payload CMS and our database — pages, posts, forms, and comments.

We do not sell personal data. We do not run ads or marketing trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages and comments as long as we need them to reply, moderate, or meet legal and security needs. Preferences stay on your device until you clear them. Analytics retention follows the provider’s settings when analytics are on.

Your rights

Under GDPR and similar laws, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or limit your data, and object to some processing. You can withdraw analytics consent anytime — use “Update cookie choices” on the Cookie Policy page, or clear this site’s data in your browser.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site is not aimed at children. Do not send a child’s personal details through forms or comments.

We may change this policy when the site or our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
